Reservation Deposit:

In order to guarantee your trip, we require a 25% deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to trip. 

Cancellation:

Cancellation 15 days prior to fishing day will be credited 100% of the deposit, towards a future fishing trip with us.

Cancellation 7 days prior to fishing day will be credited 50% of the deposit, towards a future fishing trip with us.

Cancellation within 48 hours of fishing trip will receive no refund of the deposit.

Bad Weather:

Weather may sometimes cause unsafe fishing conditions. Our captain has a great deal of experience with the area and judging weather patterns. If unsafe conditions arise the day of your fishing trip, our captain will let you know, and you will have the choice of rescheduling your trip or canceling it for a full refund minus a $100 processing fee.

 * Please note that only our captain can make the decision not to allow fishing due to unsafe conditions.

Gratuity:

Please tip your boat crew, at the end of the day, for all their hard work. Please pay your tips directly to the captain, who will distribute it amongst the crew.
